Fitness
Our Adult Program is based on the best practices of Karate, Tae Kwon Do,
Iss-Hogai Jujitsu, Judo, and Aikido. Our classes are designed to get you fit,
be safer and to be social. 

Self Defense
The self-defense you will learn is street tested and is second to none!  You will learn the same techniques currently used by police and military to defend themselves and our community. Our staff includes active and former police and military members who will spend the time to make sure you get it right.

Martial Arts 

We use Martial Arts to develop Cardio, Core, Flexibility, Strength,and Reflexes.
Through Martial Arts training in our program you will build a Confidence
that you have never had before by being stronger, healthier, firmer,
and happier then you have ever been before.

Community

Our adult classes are more laid back than traditional classes and allow the students to really interact and learn at their level and pace. Whether you're looking to get fit, be safe, or be more social our program is the right one for you. In our classes, our adults increase their over functional fitness levels while also learning to protect themselves and their families while having fun.
